    Yes, if you'd like to have a room to yourself, just specify this on your registration and I'll confirm your room and advise you of the small price difference.

    Cancellations more than one week before the event will have the entire deposit rolled over to the following year's event.  One week or less is subject to 100% cancellation fee as the funds have already been paid to the hotel.  We will do our best to find someone to purchase your last minute cancellation and/or get the hotel to refund money for a last-minute cancellation.

    The Aquarius Hotel does not have an RV park, but you may park your vehicle, free of charge, while staying at the hotel during the River Romp. 

    Yes, you will receive a special River Romp hotel rate for additional nights paid in advance through us.  Simply specify which night you'd like to add.

     We discovered this gem - a 3.5 star hotel with beautiful ballroom space.  The rooms are larger and nicer than previous facilities, the food is better and you have the ability to go from your room to dancing and meals - smoke free.

     Many folks, your host included, have busy work weeks so the weekend is the best time to take in a dance experience.  We have provided lots of dancing from Friday afternoon to Sunday noon and feel that you will enjoy the ONLY LAUGHLIN DANCE WEEKEND.

     We have found that too many dancers come back from a weekend with a dance or two that is never heard again so instead we have dance sessions specifically by levels.  For example, you will find a Phase III-IV session and a Phase IV-V session.  Requests are always welcome.

     No, this is a package only; our prices are kept down by folks staying and dining at the hotel so doing anything else would drive prices up for everyone else.
